Low-carbon & emission reduction, Green life – the start-up ceremony of the propaganda for Regulation on Recovery and Treatment of WEEE organized by Ministry of Environment Protection on June 5th, 2010, in Beijing.
Mr. Zhang Lijun, the vice-minister of MEP pointed out in the speech that China is a big country for EEE production and consumption. According to statistics, China produced 90.15 million TV sets, 46 million refrigerators, 39 million washing-machines, 68.5 million air-conditionings, 138 million PCs, 61.7 million printers and 0.6 billion mobile phones in 2008
